We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of our new brewery team in the capacity of taproom server, beertender or server. This is an hourly position that would require availability on weekends and late nights for an average of four days per week. Candidate must have 2+ years experience.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to a damp, wet environment with hot liquids, airborne particles, chemicals, and moving machinery. The noise level in the work environment can be very loud.

POSITION TYPE:

This is a full-time, hourly position.

MINIMUM EDUCATION &/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Experience: Serving Experience: 2 years (Preferred)

  • Education: High school or equivalent (Required)

  • Work authorization: United States (Required)

ALCOHOL RESPONSIBILITY:

The candidate must fully understand that they are a representative of not only Over Yonder Brewing but of the alcohol beverage industry. With that said they are always to conduct themselves within the limits of the law and with concern to the education of responsible consumption. This includes working hours, trade shows, festivals and while entertaining in the name of Over Yonder Brewing. Any poor reflection or legal matters that may arise due to poor judgment may be dealt with by means of disciplinary action or termination.
