Tomichi, Over Yonder’s brew dog, is turning one! He would like to officially invite you and your pups to his celebration. We adopted Tomichi from Soul Dog Rescue and for his birthday, we would like to give back. Activities, treats, and other very special things so follow us on social (FB, IG, Threads) and on our site for event details as they are released.

Schedule of events so far:

10:30am Puppy Yoga! Tiffany Jo will be teaching class with puppies (adoptable). Ticket proceeds will be donated to Soul Dog Rescue. Details and ticket link coming.

12pm Taproom opens with dog-focused vendors, photographer, and more. Vendors and Over Yonder will be fundraising for Soul Dog Rescue throughout the day with a portion of proceeds being donated. Vendors include AJ’s Dog Bakery, Doggie Diggz, and more!

As a part of Tomichi the Brew Dog’s 1st Birthday Celebration, join us for a pawsitively fun morning of puppy yoga! 🐶🧘‍♀️ Our resident teacher, Tiffany Jo will guide class. All proceeds go to Soul Dog Rescue to help more pups find their furever homes. Yes, there will be ADOPTABLE PUPPIES in class!!! Plus, enjoy a complimentary craft bev* to relax after class. Our fellow Golden friends at Powder7 are hosting our first-ever Summer Skier Social with live music by our other friends Good For Nothin’ Thunder Mountain Boys, raffle, giveaways, and craft beer. Proceeds benefit Friends of CAIC. Summer party wear is recommended!

The team of Italian and American adventurers will be venturing to parts of the undiscovered Upper Mustang, Nepal to bring medicine and gear to the Tibetan Refugees that have resettled there following the Chinese invasion of Tibet in 1950. Find out more during this fundraising event and presentation hosted by some of the expedition members. Merrell would like to invite you on a short hike and shoe demo, followed by a beer on Merrell at Over Yonder Brewing Company! The event will be in support of Jefferson Center for Mental Health and Merrell will be matching the donations we bring in! Jefferson Center for Mental Health will be there to emphasize the importance of the outdoors and exercise for your mental well being.

Anyone looking to join us on the hike should plan to show up at Over Yonder Brewing Company in Golden at Noon sharp. We will have a variety of shoes for you to try on and use during the hike if you would like. At 12:15 or 12:30 pm we will take off on a group hike to nearby Dakota Ridge Trail. The hike is a 5.4 mile out and back trail with a gain of 1,100 vertical feet. We will asses how the group is feeling and what our pace is, to determine how far up this trail we ultimately go. Plan to be hiking for about 2 hours total and after we will head back to Over Yonder Brewing Company for a beer on Merrell!

All hikers get an extra free round on Merrell and entered into a raffle! You can also show up later and check in at the Merrell tent for a beer ticket.
